These terms apply when you use KROV, an AI copilot for warehouse and manufacturing operations. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The short version. Use KROV for your own operations, keep your login to yourself, and check its work before you act on it. KROV proposes; you approve. We can't promise the service is perfect or always available, and you stay responsible for the operational decisions you make.

You need an account to use KROV. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to it.
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and if you use KROV on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
KROV reads the operational data and connected accounts you give it access to, and turns them into material planning, risk predictions, and recommended actions such as purchase orders and supplier emails.
KROV's recommendations are decision support, not professional advice. Approving an order, sending a message, or acting on a risk prediction is your call, and you remain responsible for the outcome. Review what KROV proposes before you approve it.
KROV generates answers using AI, including third-party AI providers described in our Privacy Policy. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. KROV is built to report only what is real and not to fabricate messages, replies, or delivery statuses, but you should still verify anything consequential.
When using KROV, you agree not to:
You keep ownership of the operational data and content you put into KROV. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you — to store, process, and display that content, and to act on it when you ask.
If you connect a Google/Gmail account, you do so through Google's standard OAuth consent screen, and you can revoke that access at any time. What we access, why, and how it is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
KROV works alongside third-party services, including Google APIs and our AI provider. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for how they behave or for interruptions on their side.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and we may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know. Continuing to use KROV after a change means you accept the updated terms.
KROV is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its predictions and recommendations will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KROV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the service — including decisions made on the basis of its recommendations.
You may stop using KROV and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.
