KROV is an AI copilot for warehouse and manufacturing operations. This policy explains what data KROV accesses, why, how it is handled, and the choices you have — including the Google account data you connect.
The short version. KROV only accesses what you explicitly connect. It uses your data to do the operational work you ask for — read a supplier email, draft a reply you approve, keep your inventory and order records. KROV does not sell your data, and does not use your Google Gmail data for advertising or to train any AI model.
KROV ("KROV", "we", "us") provides the KROV application and related services. For any privacy question, contact us at westmanu777@gmail.com.
When you create an account we store your email address and authentication details, and the profile and company information you provide.
The materials, suppliers, orders, demand changes, shipments, and related records you load into KROV, plus a log of the actions the copilot takes on your behalf.
If you choose to connect a Google/Gmail account, KROV requests these Gmail permissions so it can act as your operations copilot on that mailbox:
gmail.readonly / gmail.modify — to read
work and supplier emails you ask about, and to archive or
move messages to Trash when you direct it to. KROV cannot
permanently delete mail.gmail.send — to send emails and replies from
your address, and only after you approve the specific message in the app.You grant this access through Google's standard consent screen using OAuth. KROV never sees or stores your Google password. We store a revocable access token, which you can revoke at any time (see “Your choices”).
KROV reports only what is real. It reads your actual inbox and records; it does not fabricate messages, replies, or delivery/read statuses.
Google API Services — Limited Use. KROV's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide and improve the features you request, we do not transfer or sell it for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models. Human access to Google user data is not permitted except with your consent for support, for security, or as required by law.
KROV uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate its responses. To answer a request, the relevant content (for example, the text of a supplier email you asked KROV to read, or your inventory data) is sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic does not use data submitted through its API to train its models. Content processed this way — including Google Gmail content — is used only to produce KROV's answer for you and is never used to train any model.
We keep your account and operational data for as long as your account is active. Emails KROV reads are read live from Gmail; KROV stores a record of the communications it sends and of supplier replies it processes so your history is complete. You can ask us to delete your data, and deleting your account removes your stored data. Disconnecting Google access stops all further access to your Gmail.
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted transport, access controls, and protected secret storage — to safeguard your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
KROV is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
